Successful Surgery of Social Worker and Environmentalist Nathuram Chauhan After Delhi Road Accident
Complex Leg Surgery Lasted Nearly One-and-a-Half to Two Hours; Nathuram Chauhan Expresses Gratitude to Doctors, Hospital Staff, Police Personnel and Everyone Who Prayed for His Recovery
Paonta Sahib: Following a road accident in Delhi, the complex surgery on the leg of noted social worker and environmentalist Nathuram Chauhan was successfully performed at Paonta Civil Hospital. The surgery lasted nearly one-and-a-half to two hours and was completed successfully by the medical team.
Nathuram Chauhan is now in stable condition and is gradually recovering. Since the injury was deep and serious, he will require a long period of rest and recovery. However, there is no other major risk at present, which has brought considerable relief to his family, friends, well-wishers and supporters.
After the successful operation, Nathuram Chauhan expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and the entire medical team for their dedicated efforts. He especially thanked Dr. Naveen, under whose guidance the complex surgery was successfully completed. He described the doctors as “devtulya” and said that their dedication and professional efforts played an important role in his successful treatment.
Nathuram Chauhan also expressed his gratitude to the entire hospital staff, the police personnel, his family members, friends, social organizations, institutions, senior officials and all those who continuously prayed and wished for his speedy recovery.
Speaking about the difficult period following the accident, Nathuram Chauhan said that the prayers, blessings and goodwill of people had given him immense strength. He expressed the belief that the prayers of people have a power of their own and said that perhaps those prayers had worked like a miracle for him.
He said that his life was saved after the accident in Delhi and, subsequently, such a complicated operation was also completed successfully. He expressed his gratitude to everyone who stood by him during this difficult time and prayed for his recovery.
Nathuram Chauhan further said that a large number of people from different institutions and organizations, along with senior officials and his well-wishers, have continuously been visiting him and enquiring about his health. He expressed his sincere appreciation for the affection, concern, blessings and goodwill shown by people during his treatment.
With emotion, Nathuram Chauhan said that he feels deeply indebted to society for the immense love and support he has received. He described this as a “social debt”, which, according to him, may never be fully repaid.
He said, “There is a social debt upon me which may perhaps be impossible to repay. Perhaps even one lifetime would not be enough to repay this debt. Still, after receiving a new life, I will make every possible effort to serve society and repay, in whatever way I can, the love and support that people have given me.”
Nathuram Chauhan conveyed his heartfelt thanks to the doctors who performed the surgery, the entire medical team, all hospital staff, police personnel and every individual who prayed for him, blessed him and wished for his recovery.
He said that the affection and support he has received from people during this difficult phase will always remain memorable for him. Although he will need a long period of rest because of the depth of the injury, he is recovering day by day and is hopeful of returning to normal life soon.
